Consent:  By submitting an order through the our web site, you are consenting to the collection and private use of your information by RazorsDirect.com.  We may use this information to contact you, for instance, to provide an order status, special offers or shipping information.  Your information may also be provided to a third party for order & payment processing as well as fulfillment.   Your information will not be provided to a third party for the purposes of solicitation.

Returns:  Unopened items purchased through our web site may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date.  Returns are not accepted on wholesale or special orders without the prior consent of RazorsDirect.com.  Due to the nature of our products, opened items may only be returned if you receive authorization from RazorsDirect.com.  Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

All opened returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form (RMA) issued by RazorsDirect.com and are subject to a 15% opened item charge. To request an RMA, go to Contact Us on our web site and choose Return Request in the "type of comment" field.  When you return your item, follow the mailing instructions on the RMA. It is recommended that you insure your return with the postal service as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on the next billing statement after the return is received.

Shipping:  Your order will typically be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.  On bulk orders or at our discretion, we will purchase delivery confirmation service from the USPS or ship via another carrier.  We reserve the right to require signature confirmation on any order or to refuse orders that are not being shipped to a confirmed billing address.  Our obligation is considered filled once the order is confirmed as delivered by the USPS or alternative carrier.  In addition, we are not responsible for missing orders if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Any missing shipments must be reported within 30 days of the order date.   

International Shipping: RazorsDirect.com ships international orders through a strategic partnership with Bongo International.  Customers placing an international order must agree to the Bongo International Terms and Conditions and pay for shipping costs presented during the international checkout process. 

Pricing:  We pride ourselves on offering you the lowest possible prices on our products.  The prices offered on our web site are subject to change at any time and may fluctuate based on market conditions.  Modified or sale prices may not be applied to previous orders. 

Errors and Omissions:  We regret any errors or omissions on our web site.  However, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this sites content and we assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this site.
